The situation: Pakistan's national cheque clearing company running many concurrent digital payments and infrastructure projects.
What I did: Building the PMO from scratch: governance structures, portfolio oversight, and advice to senior leadership on budgets, priorities and execution.
Result: Better visibility, accountability and execution timelines across departments.

The situation: Two growing finance functions outgrowing their core systems.
What I did: Led the QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics migration at Daraz, and the finance-side PMO for Summit Bank's core banking upgrade.
